"Our first stay in this Hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly staff from the start, check in was a breeze. Security lock to the rooms so only guests have access as the bar and restaurant is open to the public. Room was great, had a balcony overlooking the main high street was a nice surprise. We had an evening meal there, good choice on the menu, again service was excellent. Following morning we had a breakfast, great selection, choice of cooked items as well as the cereal selections."

"Great little location, quirky room with two bedrooms, and low beams, creaky floors and higgledypiggeldy layout all of which was a joy! Much better than the generic box rooms you get given at chain hotels. It was all well equiped and well functioning. Double bed not the comfiest I’ve slept on - a relatively thin mattress. All the same, it was warm, cosy, and perfect for what I needed this weekend. Friendly staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Full English breakfast was sensational. Thank you. "

"We booked an overnight stay as having a girls weekend in Bath. I chose this hotel for the location, value and from previous reviews. Firstly the staff were all very warm, welcoming and professional. The hotel is a stones throw walking distance to the local bus stops ( bus goes straight through to Bath £3 pp each way) our bedroom was let's say a little dated as such and needed a little TLC but it was clean and tidy, basic necessities in place and spacious for a twin.
