We loved the views of mount fuji from our bedroom and waking up to a delightful traditional breakfast while looking at fuji dressed with a yukata. The bus offered to transport us back and forth from the station was also very useful and made our journey easier"

"I cannot say enough the good things about this property. First of all the price is very good. And it comes with free shuttle pickup from the train station. Free breakfast. Decent size of room. Friendly staff who speaks good English. Automatic check-in checkout machine. When we checked out to go to Gotemba premium outlet as the next step, I realized they have a free bus service to send us straight there. And we could have used the same free service when we came from Mishima train station which could saved more. Highly recommended."

"Incredible facility and staff with stunning nature walks and views easily accessible nearby and from the hotel itself. Only drawback is that to get food at night, it’s a bit of a walk down dark streets to reach the restaurant-heavy area - but the hotel does also offer onsite dinner. Overall, wonderful stay and would book again!"
