"The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, the indoor hot springs was exactly what I wanted along with a view of the Fireworks. I gave a 4 to the convenience of shopping is you are up a hillside, but they can call you a ride and and is very easy to get. You can walk but it’s a one lane and can be scary, so I would just call a ride. Even checking out was a pleasure, your team at Resort work very hard and it was an amazing experience. Thank you very much. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Tsuruya Kisshotei. Our main interests were onsen (hot spring) and dinner; they were both wonderful, actually much better than we expected. The hotel is located in a quiet seaside community slightly tucked away from the main road. We could see and hear the ocean from our spacious room! The building is not new but maintained very well and clean. All the staff were so polite and helpful. We would highly recommend this place."
