"This hotel has a small hot springs bath. Because it's small you need to follow rules but rules in English are posted everywhere. Washing machine with detergent is free. Dryer is only 100 yen for 20 min. Very nice little town "

"Very conveniently located hotel for Gotemba Outlet Shopping purposes. Beautiful hotel & nice bedroom with Mt Fuji view. Gotemba Premium Outlet is right beside Hotel Clad. Lobby provides water (hot & cold) & green tea. Flaw: the staff are very strict on check in time, not a minute earlier allowed, exactly 3pm or after. Another thing to note: Hotel’s restaurant closes quite early & the restaurants / food court at Gotemba Premium Outlet closes by 8pm or earlier. So do make sure you get your food / dinner before the shops closed! "

"Grand old place in need of a big clean, but absolutely phenomenal experience. The staff were fantastic; friendly and helpful. The dining room and food stations were unbelievable. A pianist was playing during dinner. It was amazing. Nice hot Onsen too. One was outside overlooking the ocean. Very special. I loved that I could have the window open. The room was so spacious and the view was incredible."
