"Staff was incredibly attentive and hospitable, but was disappointed in the last of amenities geared towards women (no women's changing room or showers at the pool, vs one they had for men, now did they have female oriented "lighter" weights for women at the gym)."

"My room had mosquitoes in it, and when I called the reception they told me that whole Jeddah has mosquitoes. I’m not sure they expect everyone to sleep with mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten a couple of times but I managed to kill 2 mosquitoes the next day. However the hotel was nice and in good location. I would have given it 5 stars if there were no mosquitoes, and I didn’t like how they handled the situation when I told them about it. "

"Excellent location, very good service and friendly flexible staff. response to requests is quick. There is a free parking. On the other side, the furniture is a bit worn out and would require some renewal."
