"I did not end up staying at the hotel. Even though I had the confirmation print out with my confirmation number, the clerk insisted I had no reservations. He demonstrated no interest in resolving the issue and said they had no rooms available, even though your website showed three rooms still available. Excellent stay for the 5th time

"Stayed at this hotel 4 - 5 times. One of the cheapest but the hotel is excellent. 5 mins from Haram and recently refurbished. Nothing to fault. We were given a nice spacious room and the staff were helpful especially the cleaners on our floor. "
