"They botched our reservation and gave us room on 4th floor looking into other hotel rooms, instead of room with view of haram, that we booked and paid for. They didn’t honor breakfast for 4, when we booked and paid for 4. we were made to pay extra for 2 adults, and we were reminded at every step that the reservation was for 2 adults. I do want to commend Rawan at front desk who tried to make it up by giving access to Executive lounge but the lounge is overrated. I wish they had just reduced the...
