"Amazing staff hospitality, they gave us a free upgraded room as well as early check in and the staff from both reception and the restaurant were so helpful with everything from tips on where to go and eat to making our Umrah as smooth as possible. Would 100% stay here again."

Excellent stay for the 5th time

"Stayed at this hotel 4 - 5 times. One of the cheapest but the hotel is excellent. 5 mins from Haram and recently refurbished. Nothing to fault. We were given a nice spacious room and the staff were helpful especially the cleaners on our floor. "
