"I booked my daughter & I into this hotel for 3 nights, long story, but I had to fly out to Tenerife because she broke her leg; the staff in this hotel were brilliant with our needs; they leant us a wheelchair, and saw to all our needs & gave us a courtesy room while we waited for our taxi after checking out. It’s a lovely clean, warm & friendly hotel, all the staff are were accommodating. The pool area is brilliant too. I would say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in."

"The majority of staff were really helpful and kind and added to my solo visit. Despite mynoriginal booking needsbbeing clear and speaking in advance with the hotels reservations i was given a room on the 8th floor with mainly a street view on arrival. It was late so i took it. The next i day moved to suit my needs and disabilities. The room was comfortable, but i had to get my AC fixed. Despite being all inclusive it did not include tea/coffee etc in the room and i had to pay extra for this....

Staff are excellent except one lady receptionist who worked on the xmas day was so arrogant to me when I complained how we missed dinner and breakfast on the 24th night and 25th morning because of lack of information on arrival. She was not able to handle our concerns and claimed that it was our fault, no apologises. "Out 5th stay at the Vallemar and standards remain consistently high. An excellent frontline hotel with a wonderful roof terrace and pool. The hotel restaurant overlooks the Lago Martínez and provides a large range of buffet style dishes with produce sourced from its own organic farm. The restaurant staff are professional and attentive.
