"This was my daughter’s 7th birthday weekend and I chose these hotel because it was the closest walk to legoland. On maps it said it was a 7 minute walk but it is literally across the street and there is an access door, so in reality it was more like 4 minutes. I had seen pictures online but they didn’t do this resort the justice it deserved. It is incredible with beautiful views. The staff is amazing and so eager to help with anything needed. "The pool was not heated and the spa was luke warm. We ordered glasses and a wine bottle opener and it took 1.5 hrs to receive it. Also the walls and ceiling are not very well insulated. We woken up at 6:30 am to stomping running and children screaming "
