"For our 25th anniversary we chose Newport, RI for a getaway. As first time visitors, we researched options and chose the Vanderbilt because it seemed central in location and the fact there were onsite spa services and good bar. This first choice was fortunate because we then met Morgan, the lead concierge. I booked the hotel and then immediately emailed re:spa services. Morgan called within 5 minutes of my email to book our appts and then proactively offered other services, ideas, and resources....

"We like the downtown location, the fact that they welcome pets, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are good sized and clean. We also loved the breakfast delivery each morning. Excellent value especially during the off season."

"From the moment we pulled up to the hotel the staff was warm and welcoming. The accommodations are high end with spotless well equipped rooms, a fireplace and water view. John the valet was very accommodating and always on time. We had brunch in the beautiful restaurant with the best waiter. He took care of all ten of us, and was attentive and pleasant at all times. We had the best time and would recommend Forty One North to anyone visiting Newport. "

"We were in Newport for a show and decided to book this hotel. It was BEAUTIFUL. A cozy hotel with only a few rooms (Maybe 10-20?) but so beautifully decorated. The room was comfortable and extremely clean. The manger was so welcoming and personable. The breakfast the next morning was made up of a bunch of small but delicious options including a frittata, fruit smoothies in little shot glasses, overnight oats etc.... We would absolutely stay here again "
