"All staff was beyond friendly and accommodating over the phone and in person! The property is beautiful and maintained well. The food was great and activities offered were fun! We stayed with our 5 year old and our dog and we had an unforgettable vacation! "

"Haley at the front desk was very nice. Appreciated the late checkout and holding our luggage Room was average. The bathroom fan and 1 of the bathroom lights were broken. Mattress was alright The karaoke bar was extremely loud. It didn’t affect my room, but I heard other guests saying they could hear it in their room Wish they had a vending machine with water or a water fountain. Felt pretty dehydrated when coming back late at night"

"its so walkable, but we uber all the time. Providence on sundays open at 7am. its good that aloft provides free coffee at the lobby. it has a very welcoming atmosphere . "

"Could use freshening up - hallways, lobby. Pool wasn’t appealing . Room was good. Bathtub jets didn’t work . Location of hotel very good. Staff were nice. Wish we had chairs on our balcony to sit- there were none. Bathroom amenities good. "
