"Front desk person who did my 9pm check in was top notch. check out only took a moment, no waiting. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, helpful and friendly. Can't beat the convenience, room was just right for an overnight stay between connecting flights. AC was adjustable. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Things were clean. Not much sound insulation, you can hear everything out in the hallway and toilets flushing in the adjecent rooms. the included breakfast buffet was mediocre, but...

"We were in town unexpectedly due to a death in the family. The staff couldn’t have been more supportive and accommodating. They were very flexible because our situation was so fluid and unsure. Even offered a very late check out to ensure we had a place to be together until our departure. The rooms were smaller than we expected but the service was better than could have been expected."

"The room has plenty of space we had 2 queen beds. I like the 2 bottles of water daily. The parking has lots of security cars roaming the parking lot. Only about 8 miles from the outlet mall and restaurants. The hotel is also smoke free."
