"Just finished staying at Alpine View. Location was great as it is out of town by 5 min. Quite and a nice place to unwind after a long day. Was looking forward to the hot tub but found out there is none. Pictures used in write up are from the previous owner. Breakfast was nothing to write home about."

"Love this hotel. First time we’ve stayed rather than visited for an afternoon. Highlight, apart from the gorgeous garden bar, is the food. Consistent quality. Rated every meal. Only thing I would love to see changed is having a breakfast service for in house guests rather than guests needing to order through at the bar. Coffee is also excellent. "
