"They had just renovated the property (had a bit of wet paint smell, but went away quickly with ventilation.) Everything was clean and fresh. Our family really appreciates 2 bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and everything was perfect! We had parking and could easily walk to town. Shuttle stops for Milford sound or the shotover jet boats are super convenient. I highly recommend this property. "

"Loved the staff, helpful as due to the size of hotel we had to get directions a couple of times from the lobby to our room in another block/ wing of the hotel. Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good. "
