"Overall the staffs are very respectful though difficult to communicate. Very few staff especially those in the reception area speaks english. Sakai is one of those who understands and speaks english well. She is very helpful together with Kato in handling our problem and request. "

"Hotel is beautiful, service is A easy access to public transport and location was not hectic it was beautiful and peaceful. Our view was overlooking Osaka Castle and riverside with spectacular views. No free in-house laundry but we found a close 24hr one called (smile laundromat) both wash/dry machines while waiting we went to royal host restaurant across road for dinner. So it was a win. This part of Osaka is more a relaxing atmosphere, but easy access via transport to Dontonbori and Denden...

"You get what you are paying for. But it has everything you need. My only issue is that there was creepy men sitting at women only shower doors, i didnt feel comfortable showering. Men have a massive area for showering and bathing, women have a 2x2m (for 2 women) area for showering only. If im paying the same as men, id assume i got access to the same quality of facilities as them, or i should not have to pay as much!"

"Location, location, location. Will definitely stay again whenever visiting Osaka. Breakfast option is must. "

"We LOVED staying here. We were very pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff who explained everything we needed to know about the facilities. The area is quiet for the most part, though there is a fire station nearby, so be aware of that. It's fairly quiet though :) There is a Family Mart almost immediately to the left of the hotel, and plenty of subway entrances. A fantastic stay!"

"I stayed for 3 nights at the end of my Japan trip. I stayed in a premium room so my experience was good as it meant lounge access with tea in the afternoon, drinks in the evening and free sauna/onsen use. I’d recommend going for that option"
