"Swimming pool was empty of water. Fruit flies infested dining area. Large, comfortable rooms with good bed and good bathroom. "

"非常不滿意簡直是爛透了！房間老舊有霉味，洗澡沒有熱水，與網路上的照片不符還死鴨子嘴硬，員工服務態度極差！極度不推薦前往此地住宿！爛透了！價格不菲不如去住國民賓館！餐點也非常難吃！一個字，爛！"

"It was sometimes noisy in the evening due to events and Karaoke. The breakfast wasn't adapted to "Westerners". The pool and SPA were not available. Personnel didn't speak much English. Location in general good, specially for kids, got a "rural" touch, and close to theme park and SunMoon Lake."

"The hotel itself is nice, over a large area, With a cold and hot pool, and grounds to walk through. Our family room was big and clean. However, the stairs to get from the parents's bed to the children's loft were uncomfortable and a bit scary to climb down. The staff did their best to help but since none spoke English, we could ask for practically nothing. "

"The whole place was very quiet, the bathroom was exceptionally clean as well as the rest of the property. The included breakfast is local food, mostly vegetarian. We like this but if you have to have cereal or other western food this isn't the place for you. Parking is easy too, something that is not common in Taiwan, especially in resort areas."

"We really enjoyed our 3nights at Top Cloud Villa. The premise is serene; give us a sense of calmness and tranquility compare to our busy city life. Morning breakfast was charming and wholesome. We enjoy our daily walk enjoying the cool breeze the morning and evening sunset above the clouds. Staff was friendly and always eager to assist with any enquiries anytime. We might visit again! Cheers"
