"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were so welcoming when checking us in and always welling to help. The room was new and clean! We loved the breakfast. A lot of good Taiwanese options. They also offered free afternoon tea and midnight snack. The hotel was within 5 minutes walking distance to night market. Highly recommend!"

"It is not a 5 star hotel but it does have everything a traveler need. A comfortable bed, clean room, good strong hot water and easy access to food! The bathroom doesn’t have a tub but everything in the bathroom works and clean. Room is a little tight after we put our luggages in the room. Furnishing is not the most luxurious but it is simple and practical. In the lobby they provide free coffee and tea as well as various type of cookies. They also have bicycle you can borrow. "We had a nice big room with a wide window, good internet, and a big, if slightly hard, bed. The one negative which I take to be green washing is that the room was not cleaned which would be fine if the guest only stayed a day or two, but we stayed four days and the room should have been cleaned. "

"The hotel is great, well located and the rooms are modern and well appointed.the only problem was breakfast. Almost nothing for western tastes, which is understandable but it’s not hard to provide better cereals. Also the first morning the coffee machine was broken and there was NO coffee. They could have gone and bought a jar of instant coffee!"

"Very good for its low price. It is a simple hotel with complementary coffee and snacks in the lobby. Also, it is reasonably centrally located, a nice plus. As with many places in Hualien, a taxi is necessary at times, but we had no difficulty using Line to call one from the hotel. "
