"I’m glad I listened to most of the reviews for this place. We came for the sheep farm, but in the end this manor made the stay worth the scary drive from Hualien. "We really enjoyed our 3nights at Top Cloud Villa. The premise is serene; give us a sense of calmness and tranquility compare to our busy city life. Morning breakfast was charming and wholesome. We enjoy our daily walk enjoying the cool breeze the morning and evening sunset above the clouds. Staff was friendly and always eager to assist with any enquiries anytime. We might visit again! "staff was friendly. The room is very small and had some mold smells to it. No wifi in the room, only in the main building. Flying insects in the room. They have Western and Chinese style breakfasts and were fulfilling. The roads to the homestay is very narrow. Not a bad place, however, I would not stay here again."

"Owners go the extra mile to serve with their hearts such as carrying heavy luggage for us up the slope to our room & offering to drop us at CJ farm up hill. I appreciate their service v much. It’s quite cold up in the mountain and foggy. Disappointed that star-gazing session has been cancelled due to cloudy sky. Breakfast spread is just nice to kick start your day. Is a bit ulu up a steep, narrow path"

"Location Hotel is located very near to Cingjing farm. . The view outside the hotel is great and 7-11 is available in front of the hotel (I believe it’s open 24/7) which is very helpful. Hotel. It’s a basic hotel, one of the staffs speaks English. Rooms are good with coffee powder and 4 bottles of water that they top up everyday. There is no coffee Mac though, you have to get the water from common dispenser to make coffee. There is no lift but I don’t think it was a problem for me as our room...

"The whole place was very quiet, the bathroom was exceptionally clean as well as the rest of the property. The included breakfast is local food, mostly vegetarian. We like this but if you have to have cereal or other western food this isn't the place for you. Parking is easy too, something that is not common in Taiwan, especially in resort areas."
