"Place was amazing had the Villa with private pool which was wonderful. Room service food was excellent and went to Atta resort for Japanese food which was excellent as well. Staff was was friendly and helpful. Only thing I could say is I asked for a later check out because my flight wasn’t leaving rill 1:20am that night they did give me 2hours and I offered to even pay for a even later check out and they said No which was unfortunate. "Upon our arrival for checkin, the staff are unaware of our booking with our booking details shown. We been waiting for half an hour checking and only they pass us the phone to speak to the owner for our room no. Again, we been waiting for half an hour for the key as they do not understand fourteen in english for our room key.
