"This place has an amazing pool and views of the mountains. However, the place is almost like a ghost town, just like it’s services. There was only one other room being rented out other than the two we rented. Perhaps due to the lack of tourism due to COVID. FD staff who checked us in was lack luster, but the staff that helped us with our luggage was excellent and the breakfast staff was excellent as well. The hotel itself is very outdated (many repairs needed as well) and only one room we rented...

"We came here to tour the national park which is amazing! The property is so beautiful, on a river and surrounded by nature. The owner, his son and other staff were all the kindest, most helpful people ever! My husband was sick and they sent soup and tea and checked on him. Breakfast was great and snacks were provided when we got back. We were driven to a restaurant they recommended and the staff there drove us back. There are markets nearby for snacks, drinks, etc…our room was nice and spacious...

"The cottage was amazing and beautifully decorated. The lights were dimmer than what we were used to but in hindsight it had a very romantic vibe which was perfect for us as a couple. The outdoor hot tub was wonderful to soak in - although the water flow was not great, so it took almost an hour to fill it up to sufficient levels. Toilet bowl has giant ants crawling around periodically - not sure where they came from, they only stuck around the toilet bowl area. Not a big problem, more amusing...

"Hotel is clean and big. It is a good place to stay if you are looking for a quite, serene and large living space. This is my second time staying at this property. As one of the guests could not make it for the trjp as she was not fit for flying and had to be hospitalised, the hotel refused to make exceptions for amendments to the booking for the emergency situation. It doesn't hurt to show some empathy."
