"To be honest, the best thing at this resort is probably the hotel staff. The general condition of the hotel/resort is very poor, very run down. Rust is present everywhere. "The resort overall is nice, however in-room facilities in my room type (1-bedroom pool villa) need some improvement. The mattress quality is quite poor so we have informed the staff to put in a topper which help solve the issue. Still, at the rate we paid, we expect this basic needs to be resolved for all future guests. Also, there's no dressing table in room which should be available for this room type."
