"The resort overall is nice, however in-room facilities in my room type (1-bedroom pool villa) need some improvement. The mattress quality is quite poor so we have informed the staff to put in a topper which help solve the issue. Still, at the rate we paid, we expect this basic needs to be resolved for all future guests. Also, there's no dressing table in room which should be available for this room type."

"This place has an amazing pool and views of the mountains. However, the place is almost like a ghost town, just like it’s services. There was only one other room being rented out other than the two we rented. Perhaps due to the lack of tourism due to COVID. FD staff who checked us in was lack luster, but the staff that helped us with our luggage was excellent and the breakfast staff was excellent as well.
