"A pretty basic Japanese style hotel. Service is great. Security is also great as the only way to get upstairs to your room is through the reception. It's as good as it can get for a 3 stars hotel. Just don't expects any fancy facilities. You paid for a room and a room is all you're getting. The hotel is in a neighborhood so there's not much to do in the vicinity. The friend eggs were cold and like rubber ones. Even the choice for Thai persons is poor. They also said they had no milk to put in tea or coffee. "

"It is an older Thai Style hotel and my room was remolded and will stay there everytime i need a room in Nakon Rachasima. The breakfast menu was simple and cheap. I have stayed here many years ago and was happy to return."

"Had to ask the staff for toilet paper, tissues and soap for hand washing. No complimentary tea or coffee in the room??? Broken floor tiles all through the hallway. Give this place a miss unless you’re truly desperate."

"Location near Bung Ta Lua Park is the big draw and our main reason for selecting this hotel. However, we were less satisfied with room. May have been our room but the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. A/C unit noisy and could not be set slower fan setting. Bathroom shower curtain needs replacing and not washed. Cabinet doors needs fixing. Breakfast was just adequate so we skipped going 1 of 3 mornings. "

"It was difficult to find, and when I did find it first they could not find my Hotel.com booking but found one from Expedia Room was basic but with new furniture what was nice. What not nice was is: No towels ,drinking water,soap,shampoo or toilet tissue in the room. I think the reason is that it is more of a serviced apartment (long term) and not a hotel. I would not recommend it"
