"A pretty basic Japanese style hotel. Service is great. Security is also great as the only way to get upstairs to your room is through the reception. It's as good as it can get for a 3 stars hotel. Just don't expects any fancy facilities. You paid for a room and a room is all you're getting. The hotel is in a neighborhood so there's not much to do in the vicinity. "Customer Service were the” BEST” or even better word the “GREATEST “ in the Hotel industry! by far based on my many trips / over 20 years of visiting Thailand. Custom and courtesy exercised by all employees at Centara Korat( Nakhon Ratchasima ) were impeccable, exemplary, so precious, and most memorable. I can intuitively sense “walking on the Red carpet” every moments I interacted with all Centara Korat’s employees. My Kuods to front desk receptionists ( check-in & check -out) , bellboys, CenFit Staffs, Swimming pool and swimming pool bar’s staffs, house cleaners, dinning hosts ( at breakfast), busboys ( ladies and gentlemen), cooks ( chefs ) at breakfast. A word “Thank you” might not be sufficed to all Centara Korat’s employees… nonetheless, I do truly appreciated all of your generous, genuine and thoughtful hospitality. "
