"Exceptional clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold foods. Coffee was good too. My only critism is we were on the ground floor and our view was off the air con unit. Overall fantastic value for money and a pleasant place to stay. It’s about 10 mins walk into the centre of St Helier. "

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"What a wonderful hotel. We receievd a warm and friendly welcome. Check in was fast and wfficoent and we got some grway recommendations of places to visit and thinhs to do in the area. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "The hotel is apparently closing soon which is a shame because we loved it. It was a bit quirky and old fashioned but very clean. The staff were superb and very friendly. The bar service and food quality was good. The position was excellent, convenient for the local restaurants and bus station. You can easily reach it by bus from the airport too. We stayed for six nights with friends and we all had a great time."
