"Loved the Spa, thought it was 1st rate. The public areas were very good and the garden looked lovely. The shuttle bus was good especially when it is raining (although not everyone queuing were able to catch it which was uncomfortable). Perhaps it could run more often? The room lacked a fridge, air conditioning, we weren’t able to utilise the towel rail. At breakfast there was a lot of queuing for food and in particular for hot drinks. "Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. "Gorgeous location and attentive staff"

"We were looked after from our arrival, till our departure. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Takis and his team made our check-in a breeze. Our room was serviced to the best standard every day. Breakfast was a real treat every morning and we were so looked after by Duncan, Carlos and their brilliant team. We have stayed at the Pomme D'Or previously and, no doubt, we will be staying there again."

"Very central and near the bus station and shopping centres. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Service was fabulous. Spa was wonderful. Breakfast was tasty and good choice of foods. Scirocco restaurant was modern and had a varied menu. Our room was in the old part of the hotel and although spacious with a comfy bed and roomy bathroom, it had a strange musty smell we couldn't get rid of even though we bought a diffuser. Not pleasant to sit or sleep in really."
