"The Reception staff were brilliant when my flight was cancelled. They had already helped me with check in problems and were equally helpful when I returned to the hotel after the cancellation. A room was found and early breakfast ordered. It took away a lot of my stress!"

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"The weather was not good but there was so much to do in the hotel what with gym, swimming and treatments. Also the choice of food in the lovely bar is so nice. My wife and I enjoyed every minute we were there. Every member of staff was a joy to encounter. So next time we’re in Jersey I know where we’ll be going."

"It was very clean , staff very friendly. Not the hotels fault, but i used Domino taxis to take us to the airport and was charged £28 for a 15 minute journey at 6 o'clock in the morning . The hotel breakfast was very good too"
