"Loved the Spa, thought it was 1st rate. The public areas were very good and the garden looked lovely. The shuttle bus was good especially when it is raining (although not everyone queuing were able to catch it which was uncomfortable). Perhaps it could run more often? The room lacked a fridge, air conditioning, we weren’t able to utilise the towel rail. At breakfast there was a lot of queuing for food and in particular for hot drinks. Having to walk through reception in a robe to/from the Spa...
