However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. "we ended up here during the off season and they were very few people around, had the place to ourselves. There was some construction as they are adding a 3rd, 4th floor, but the workers didn't start till later, and we didn 't hear much when we were in the room. But then we headed to the beach, where all the shops and activities were, which was only a quick walk across the pathway , then open white sandy beach that they raked early in the morning so it was nice and clean. "If peace and serenity are what you are looking for, Barefoot Cay Resort is ideal. As a boutique resort with a limited number of accommodations you can easily avoid the crowds. Although there were a few other guests, my wife and I felt like we had the place to ourselves. We enjoyed sitting on the beach and snorkeling off the pavilion with no distractions.
