"I mostly enjoyed staying at the Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville Resort. It's an all-inclusive adults only resort. This meant no noisy children running around. The staff were mostly pretty friendly, and the food was decent enough. The two swimming pools were great, a quiet pool at one end, and a louder pool at the other end. There wasn’t much to do off of the resort, and not really any good shopping in the area. Also, don't be fooled by the pictures of the water/beach area. The water is not...

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

"This is our second trip to El Faro. The staff is superb and their attitude and hospitality is excellent! My only concern is that the buildings areas must have a more detail attention to maintenance as we noticed the rusting around the buildings more than the last time we were here. But overall we will comeback! "

Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"The staff was very helpful when it came to accommodating my family. We were a large group and some of us made plans to eat at ElCarey & LaTortuga. When most of the family members got there (this would be the restaurant as you look at the omelette section, it would be on your right hand side), we decided to all eat together. The evening staff was great. They moved tables (there was approximately 24 of us), got a cake, sang happy birthday with musical instruments and entertain us, they were wonderful. "
