"Someone obviously put a lot of care into building this place and in cultivating the gardens and grounds, it's really lovely. The concierge, Ricardo goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating, he's wonderful. "Very quiet, clean with comfortable beds. Relaxing atmosphere, yet in a great and walkable location and within less than two blocks from the blue line cable car line. Most memorable was the courteous and very helpful staff, especially Marcelo and Abigail (Abi) at the front desk and Gabriel at breakfast. The team helped with consultations and booking tours when we needed that. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Great views over the lake, spacious rooms and Alpacas roaming the grounds. We had a nice stay, the rooms can be little cold as the window seals aren’t great (we were there on a windy night). It is a little further from town than I expected but a taxi to the Main Street is only 10 Bolivianos. Staff were friendly and provided detailed info about the area. "

"Beautiful hotel, room, service from the staff and amenities! Unfortunately I got sick due to altitude and the hotel, besides some local herb infusions, didn’t have any medication to help fight the sickness. I understand they don’t want to be responsible for any contraindications or side effects but they should have medication available and simply have the guest sign a release of liability. The hotel is far away from any pharmacy so more than herbal choices should be made available "

"Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. WiFi was workable. The "curtain" was not as wide as the window, and this should be addressed. Breakfast was adequate. There are plenty of restaurants within a very short walk. I feel that I paid a fair price for our room, and so I would be happy to stay there again."

"We were greeted by name by our hostess, Señora Domitila, as we walked up to Casa de Luna... it is quite a hike from the port with multiple stops to rest due to the altitude.
