"Amazing Hotel!"

"Beautiful hotel, room, service from the staff and amenities! Unfortunately I got sick due to altitude and the hotel, besides some local herb infusions, didn’t have any medication to help fight the sickness. I understand they don’t want to be responsible for any contraindications or side effects but they should have medication available and simply have the guest sign a release of liability. The hotel is far away from any pharmacy so more than herbal choices should be made available "

"First time at this hotel in La Paz, we were pleasantly surprised by size of our apartment (#601), its decorations, comfort and the stunning views. Our apartment had 3 rooms, 2 of them with queen size beeds and one Jacuzzi, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and living room. Flat TVs in every room. Breakfast is not the best but will do. You are plenty of dinning options within walking distance but thew streets to these locations are very steep, be prepared and warned: easy...

"Good location and good service. However, the property is falling apart. Furnishings are outdated and filthy. Couch had sweat stains and other deep stains. Rug full of dirt and stains. Windowsills full of dust and grime. Curtains show dark areas full of dirt. Awful smell. Do not recommend."

"Perfectly placed to see the famous markets and visit the bars. Heidi and team sorted out taxis for our visits. "

"Beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is quiet. Pretty like this hotel but one thing needs attention is the shower room. The floor of the shower room is tile. Tiles are very clean so that they are slippery. If you are seniors, watch your steps when walk into the shower room."

"The only problem I had was the roof leaked in the hallway of the 4th floor(my room was fine). And the balcony has a very high wall. I'm 5ft 10 and could just barely see over it. Otherwise amazing. Great staff, good breakfast, and the onsite pool, gym and indoor parking is a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again."
