"Beautiful hotel, room, service from the staff and amenities! Unfortunately I got sick due to altitude and the hotel, besides some local herb infusions, didn’t have any medication to help fight the sickness. I understand they don’t want to be responsible for any contraindications or side effects but they should have medication available and simply have the guest sign a release of liability. The hotel is far away from any pharmacy so more than herbal choices should be made available "

"Great location, friendly staff, can pay fee to get a room early if you arrive on an early flight, good breakfast included in stay, dinner at restaurant is delicious, nice views. Strange that it’s located in a high rise building occupying only two floors (5 and 12), but very secure. Modern decor. Staff offered free packed breakfast two days when we left very early for tours. Enjoyed my stay!"

"El hotel es super pequeño y alejado del centro considerando la poca frecuencia de taxis. El dia que llegamos fue muy temprano 6:30am. Nosotros dias antes tratamos de contactarnos con la propiedad para ver si podíamos tener un early check in, pero no tuvimos respuesta. "Amazing staff, I came down with a infection and they were able to help with a doctor, not only that they genuinely helpped and would ask how my recovery was. I wasnt able to eat a lot, at breakfast I would just have a banana but there werent any so got something else. As eating without asking the member of staff brought me a banana as they had noticed I always took one. Small things like this make a big difference!"

"The hotel is perfectly.located in the center of La Paz and ypu can walk to everything. People at the reception were very helpful at many occasions. The rooms are a bit noisy but I guess it's the price to pay to be in town. Breakfast is okay but not in par with the rest of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in La Paz."
