"Very quiet, clean with comfortable beds. Relaxing atmosphere, yet in a great and walkable location and within less than two blocks from the blue line cable car line. Most memorable was the courteous and very helpful staff, especially Marcelo and Abigail (Abi) at the front desk and Gabriel at breakfast. The team helped with consultations and booking tours when we needed that. Highly recommend this hotel."

Although the infrastructure is extensive, the food is not bad, and the attention is okay, it is far from five stars. The location, if you have business or leisure around the area (Manzana 40, Green Tower), is excellent, as it is within walking distance of both. "When we arrived the room had two beds the booking was for three single beds and three people. After 45 minutes we were given another room which was tiny. The staff are incompetent and completely misunderstood our needs. "
