"Hotel was great. Really good value and not far from the airport or Uluwatu, as well as Gyms, grocery stores, restaurants etc. It was a perfect place to stay before I had to fly out to Perth. They were even gracious enough to accommodate my ridiculously late check out request and without an extra charge. Thank you for a great stay. "

"This is the only hotel in South East Asia that has not supplied fresh water. Also no food available. Second floor bathroom drainage not good. WiFi spotty. One night there was a large storm. The street turned into a river and the wastewater channel that runs alongside the hotel came through the wall and turned the courtyard and pool into a giant brown sludge. "Service was good but difficult with non english speaking staff. There is no airport shuttle, cleanliness is averge no plugs or dishwashing liquid or clean dish cloth or scourers or teatowl for drying dishes. Bathroom towels and mats were stained. The pool tiles needed scrubing and the street cleaned from garbage everywhere."

"I loved my room! It was an awesome experience having a private pool and the loft style with 2 floors! Loved it! I slept well in the bed and loved the tub and shower. It was a little noisy but if I was in my room with the air on it was fine! I had my ear plugs when I was downstairs in the pool or lying around in the living room. I totally enjoyed the staff and great customer service! I will be back!"

"The villa is build too vintage with only wooden furniture with no sofa pads. Thus, not comfortable when lying on sofa. We found 1 lizard on bed, 1 giant lizard by staircase, 1 dead cockroach in master bedroom bathroom and ants around. Hotel restaurant closed at 10pm when we arrived late (due to traffic jam). We begged for some fast food and luckily staff were helpful to make some quick meals for us. One final comment, villa needs at least have a small gym for customers. "
