"The rooms are 2 story and villa style. We stayed here for 7 nights and we thought everything was super nice. (Fridge, outside shower, Wifi, tables, sofa, air conditioning, etc). For Bali standard everything was good, but I would renew the bed, pillows and sheets."

"This is the only hotel in South East Asia that has not supplied fresh water. Also no food available. Second floor bathroom drainage not good. WiFi spotty. One night there was a large storm. The street turned into a river and the wastewater channel that runs alongside the hotel came through the wall and turned the courtyard and pool into a giant brown sludge. "The property is aged. The rooms require some maintenance. Peeling paint, water leak in bathroom from behind wall tiles, the shower doors require some attention. The cleaning staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Unless you advise reception you’ll be in for breakfast daily even if it’s included in your booking, they wont have ready, breakfast we were told was 7:30 to 9:30, but most days it was from 8-8:30am. Room service varies daily, but never available after 4pm....

"Stayed a week at this beautiful villa. Well located to Seminyak Square and the beach. Beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Living space is all outdoor with curtains but no airconditioning. Well shaded pool with some sun along the side. Loved it ❤️"
