"This is the most beautiful resort we have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. Our villa with our private pool overlooking the rainforest was so private and relaxing. The buffet breakfast was great, the sunset drinks during happy hour at the tree bar were delicious. The Balinese dances during dinner were different every night. "Luxurious hotel with superb facilities and services. Location is isolated as expected for hotel at this level, everything can be done in the hotel with the price. Nice and big room with bathtub and bidet toilet. Food is excellent, love the crispy duck. Love the idea about "departure lounge" where we can use the hotel facilities while waiting for plane as an alternative for "late check out" which mostly only for 1 hr. Definitely will be back. "

"You dont need to leave as everything here, little shop, ladies who do massages or hair braids etc Can get ice cream and they play fun games throughout the day Its a great family hotel in a great location too Facilities are getting old but staff are amazing and so friendly "

"This Spa hotel is excellent. Sadly next door hotel is being rebuilt so weekday 9-5 is very noisy at front of hotel. The spa is excellent, the food is good and it is not the hotel’s fault about the neighbour hotel rebuild programme. I am lucky as I’m now in a villa away from the builders and no longer hear them. Be clear when you book if you plan to be in the hotel during weekday daytime you can deal with the noise."
