"The hotel is nice but should put more lighting in the suite corridor especially in front of the lift. Its very dark there. They should spray more air fresheners inside the room and hallways as it doesn't smell that good. The rooms floors are not shiny. The steps outside the hotel should be marked as it is not safe for guests. I lost my step twice because the color is the same i didn't notice it's a step down."

"We mostly enjoyed our stay at Jas Boutique Villas while the property could do with some maintenance and repairs we understand why these may have not been carried out due to the Bali still recovering from the pandemic. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. "Staff here were incredible! This property was budget friendly and what we got for the cost far exceeded our expectations. So many restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and even a free shuttle to drive you almost anywhere in Seminyak at your request. Would definitely recommend staying here. Having the private plunge pool in the room at the end of the night was a great way to cool down. "
