"I, like many, am a Covid-19 victim. Sadly unable to stay due to the cancellation of flights and the wedding I was attending. The Hotel have made it possible for me to get a refund on my non-refundable booking. Thank you so much I am so grateful. I will definitely be booking with you when we can travel to beautiful Bali. "The property is poorly managed and maintained. The room is dirty. All towels and cups have many dirty spots. The lock on the door as well as many lights in the room have broken. No one came to fix them even after repeated requests. Very bad experience and we never would return there."

"This property is need of a renovation, and a big clean. The surrounding area is a bit like a ghetto, and inside the property the nicest part is the gardens. The service of cleaning the rooms daily was non existent with them not collecting food trays after breakfast which were still there the next day. Next time I’ll pay a little more for a better quality hotel/villa."

"The hotel is really nice and quiet location but still easy to go around that area, not far from the beach. Staffs are really friendly. The bad thing is WiFi doesn’t work really well in the hotel room needed to ask the staff to reboot the modem nearly everyday. Breakfast are delicious except got no water boiler in the room."
