"Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach with famous beach clubs. Pool area is very pleasant, I didn’t try the spa though and the Yoga classes were not on unfortunately. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The property is beautiful and close to lots of shops and restaurants/bars and the beach! But the staff here made my experience spectacular. They were so kind and accommodating for everything! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Canggu"

"It was an okay stay. The first day, we were not given bath mats, and then just 2days before we checked out, face towels suddenly appear. There was no toothbrush provided, only bath gel, shampoo and foam wash. The water pressure was not great. Breakfast was kinda sad and cold. "

"We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve. The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so...

"My late arrival was accommodated and I spent two nights in a luxurious, clean and comfortable private villa. The pool is lovely, complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff were kind and friendly. The location is perfect, under 10 min walk to a lot of great food, spa and shopping options."

"The hotel has an amazing pool and beautiful spacious rooms. The fitness centre is fairly limited with just a couple of pieces of equipment and a few free weights. They include a lot of extra perks like 2 free cokes each day, 2 free beers, chips, cookies, and afternoon tea which consists of a coffee or tea and a few light snacks. A daily breakfast buffet was also included. Overall the hotel is beautiful and is in a great location within walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, etc. The only complaint was that the food in the restaurant wasn't that great compared to other places we've stayed. We tried the breakfast buffet on the first morning but the food was either cold or very bland tasting so we went out the other days because there are so many amazing breakfast/brunch spots in Canggu."
