The staff was quick to help during check in and check out, but upon arrival, the rooms were very cold. Why? Because the windows and doors were left wide open for every room on each floor. It did not feel safe walking into my room when it was propped open by the luggage rack. How about if someone was in there?

We stayed in the hotel in March 2026 and the staff are super friendly walked their way out to help us; from the General manager Zhang to the front desk staffs Ms Han, Ms. Li, the shuttle drivers, they helped us every way possible when we asked and sometimes even when not asked; if we could rate them any higher we would have no hesitation as we are so thankful for this stay even if it was short. Hope to See you again!

Hôtel agréable à Chengdu CTU

Hôtel à 15 minutes de navette de l'aéroport de Chengdu CTU (à ne pas confondre avec TFY à 75 kilomètres). En marchant dix minutes, vous arrivez à une station de métro qui vous conduira au centre ville en une grosse trentaine de minutes pour trois fois rien. Nombreux restaurants à proximité.

性價比不俗，酒店很整潔，值得一讚是機場接送的司機（沒記錯應是趙生），很有禮貌。來回市中心有少許遠，但call的的好快有司機接單。

飛行機が数時間遅れて到着して、もうほとんど翌日の朝のチェックインになってしまったが、快く空港まで迎えに来てくれたし、チエックアウトの時間も無料で伸ばしてくれた。とても良いホテルだと思います。

Very clean, comfortable room. Very good breakfast buffet. Had to ask someone to call for airport shuttle because I didn’t have international phone access. Would have been easier if there was a what’s app connection so that I could have called with WiFi. Staff very accommodating and helpful for my travel partner who had lost her luggage.

12 hour layover in Chengdu, 8 hours spent at this hotel. Very comfortable and convenient. Fruit in room on arrival was so welcome!

No A/C, No English, Far from Airport

Breakfast was great, staff were kind but NO A/C and they tried to tell me this was normal with no apologies! No one speaks english. Its really far from the airport (20+ minutes drive!) and it was super hard to find the shuttle. If you dont speak Chinese forget it. I got in really late at night and it was 27 degrees celcius and the only blanket was super thick so the only reason I got the hotel was to sleep and that didnt happen. They would give me any consolation and were very rude about it.

There is no hourly shutter bus to airport, need to call the hotel to arrange shuttle bus. The hotel is 15 mins drive away from airport, most Taxi drivers are not willing to take the ride if they have to wait for 2 hours in airport, they would prefer longer ride to the center of the city. Other than that, the hotel is clean and most of all, the breakfast is very good, I especially like local flavors. There was an American businessmen in the breakfast room. He was discussing multimillion business with some Chinese men while eating breakfast, looks like they were having meeting in the hotel breakfast room. Can you believe it, he has the loudest voice in the whole room of more than 30 guests. Aren’t we American say Chinese have loudest voice in public? He discussed with translator on drying cleaning issue at the same time. he requested drying clean guy to pick up his one pair of dressing pants and explained why the pants need dry cleaning because it will make pants look good. Luckily I stayed in this hotel only for one night due to the flight, however he will stay in the hotel for a couple of days, good luck for the rest of the guests for the following couple of days

Excellent and enjoyable stay! The director is fluent inEnglish and very helpful ! Room is very clean and quiet ! Convenient to all the shopping and restaurants! Near to airport ! Good shuttle airport pick up and drop off ! Will stay again!
