"This hotel is a great value and perfect location in Hanoi! The staff was incredible and always aiming to please. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious.It's a fairly new hotel in a great location....we could walk everywhere. The beds were a little bit hard for my liking but it didn't stop me from having a great night's sleep. There was a minor conflict with our booking, as the previous person in our room decided to have a late check-out. The manager was extra-accomodating offering us discounts or accomodation at the sister hotels to make up for our inconvenience. The manager ensured we were well taken care of and what could have been a huge annoyance was handled professionally with above-and-beyond service! I highly recommend staying here for those who are looking for good value and top-quality service. I would definitely stay here again! "

"We loved our stay at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. Our room was really nice and has a small balcony. The breakfast is very good (served in the building next to the hotel) and the staff is amazing. They are always helpfull and smiling!"

"We just spent four wonderful nights at thr Solaria Hotel in Hanoi. It was a great stay with our two young boys. The inter-connecting option worked really well in terms of space. The breakfast was lovely also. The thing we enjoyed most was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, this was a real standout for us."
