"Quite a self-contained stay. I received instructions as to how to get to my room which was in the adjoining building to the pub. It was a lovely deluxe room with plenty of space allowing me to get some admin work done beflore relaxing. They had a fridge with plenty of items to choose from for the continental breakfast. "The staff were very welcoming. I was traveling alone so decided to book the snug bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised. It was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, large disabled access wet room. TV and an extra rad if I was cold. For the one night stay it had everything I needed. "We were there for one night, because we were visiting the wwt Slimbridge. We had the delux suite because it had 2 armchairs to sit on. The room was outstanding and large, absolutely perfect. "Lovely building, friendly staff, great breakfast, easy parking and plenty of it, lovely smelling toiletries in the bathroom. Only negative for me would be a bit more attention to detail on the cleaning, overall it was good but there were crumbs all around the bedpost when we arrived that hadn’t been dealt with. I’d like to believe it was just something overlooked as the rest of the place was spotless but in the interests of objectivity, I couldn’t ignore it in my review. It wouldn’t put me off coming back :) "
