"I stayed for 5 days with my 3 kids ages 5, 4 and 2. The kids spent most of their time in the pool and at kids club. Our room was great, it was on the ground floor with a balcony directly across the north pool, super convenient however a bit noisy. This is the pool where all the day time activities take place so it got very loud for nap but we managed. One of the main reasons i picked this hotel was because of the kids water slides, however my kids only went the first day and didn't care to go...

"I had an amazing experience at this resort! The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the transportation was super easy, making everything hassle-free. I loved that it was a little away from the nightlife—it gave the perfect balance of relaxation while still being just 10 minutes away from Coco Bongo. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great time, and the resort truly gives you the full Mexico experience. Highly recommend!"

"Loved how spread out the pools are! Nothing seems to congested. Small observation: Debris (cups and bottles) left on beach, which speaks more to the customer than the staff. We did observe one employee late afternoon burying the trash racking sand over it. "

"Beautiful beach! Great service , everyone of the staff were very friendly. Food was good , nothing amazing but good. They could improve on food that is grab and go. Everywhere you sit down and have a server. We would have loved to get a burger or a pizza and sit on the beach with it. But definitely worth going for the beach & pool!"
