"The neighborhood around the house was sketchy. When we first arrived someone was being arrested across the street. The only parking is on the street and we were worried about our vehicles during our stay. The owner has multiple cameras around the property and made it clear that they were watching us during our stay. Checkout time was at 10:00am and someone was waiting at 10:01 to make sure we were out of the house. The owner required a picture of my credit card and ID for the deposit. I thought...

"We liked it a lot better than the other we stayed before (Studio Suites). We'll come back here for sure! Only complaint would be that the site states English and Spanish language available but the host didn't speak Spanish and there was no other option. Also, she didn't understand English very well and because of that she gave us wrong information. Fix that and no complaints! "

"The house isn’t in the best neighborhood although it is very close to the event center we went to. But I was scared at night due to homeless people around. The house was very hot when we arrived but did cool down into the evening. "

"The property has some security issues which are easy to fix. It seems that a window of the house was force and the door of the guest house was force too. I report the issue to expedia and the owner. i stayed in tne place with my 2yr old kid. Expedia was awful at the chat help. Do not even try it. No empathy, did not care I have a two year old with me even when I stated the security issue (issue that is important for any perdon that states there no matter the age). Worst service ever. "Staff were Polite and gracious.One evening I had a couple problems to bring to his attention. The TV guide on the Pizza Hut advertisement stand was providing bad / discontinued information. Example channel 29 was supposed to be the Lifetime channel. It was something in Spanish, not Lifetime. I took it to the desk mgr and he confirmed it was not correctly. "Was a great place to stay for the night while in San Antonio although the floors were not clean. My puppy spilled some water and I went to wipe it up only to find the floor was filthy. We had only been there a few minutes."

"The staff was great, check in was easy and smooth, and it was a quiet area even though it was right up against a major highway. When I walked in to my room there were several dead crickets along the beds and in the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable. They both felt like a bunch of springs on a metal frame. No cushion to speak of."
