Love the onsen and the pick up service are delighted given weather condition or else just few mins away you could walk to train station pretty easily! Love the Japanese artwork around. "Stayed in mid August. Great place and location… only hicups were parking and the uphill distance to the lift. Having to ride bikes up the hill was not great start mid August but the had buke storagd and I would not mind the walk in Winter. Parking was a bit complicated and a bit of a pain to grab things and pack up but location trumped that inconvenience. I just tried to find time in winter but it appears booked out. "It was a great place to stay. Traditional tatami floors. 10 minute walk to the ski slopes. We didn't use the shuttle bus at all. Easy walk to local restaurants and shopping. Staff were amazing and friendly. Very helpful and accommodating to our needs."

"It was a clean and functional stopover hotel in a smallish town at a shinkansen transfer station. Does have restaurant and public separated baths for nice soak after a days travelling. Staff were nice and friendly. I would go there again if in the area."

"Staff, food, game room, bedrooms, outdoor hot tub, and amenities are over the top amazing and comfortable. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond making our 4 night stay an epic ski week experience of a lifetime. We made new friends and had everything, and more even, than we needed. If we ever make it back to the area we would definitely stay here again."
