"Great Location Lovely Warm Welcome Up to date interior Room Comfort, Perfect. Restaurant - very accommodating and we could tell the staff loved what they do. Breakfast was a little confusing as we got shown to a seat and left with no idea that we could help ourselves to the yogurts and fruit. Breakfast order was taken eventually so this is the only are i think the hotel could improve."

"It was a nice propert, location is great; walkable to London eye, Big Ben,… The staff were really nice, they upgraded us for my daughter’s birthday. We really enjoyed our stay."
