"Stayed at this 4*based on fabulous reviews. Enjoyed the 4 night stay a lot although a few things lacking. Upstairs bar not open. Jacuzzi seen in photos was extra cost. Food was good but more expensive than the other 4* we stayed during our 2 week trip. Bedding was fairly poor quality with lumpy pillows. Shower lovely and staff in restaurant friendly and helpful. "Exceptional service, great food and lovely cocktails. the dive shop was very professional. really unique beach rooms, but will mention only one of the two beds in the beach huts has air conditioning. that said, with the wonderful breeze, heat wasn't an issue. the transportation to and from the airport was great. a really special place."

"The room itself was good. We had a room overlooking the pool which had a large balcony. Reception staff were very helpful, however, the lunch and dinner staff hid away all the time and seemed to try and make it difficult for anyone to order anything. They used to have a pool bar, which is now closed and they used to have call buttons by the pool loungers, which have also been removed, so you have to go looking for staff to get food or drink. "We were so grateful with our stay in Skylodge Resort Coron. Especially with their front desk staff Grace. She was so helpful and nice to us. She went beyond and above with the service she’s given us. She is very hospitable towards us. There’s a free shuttle service as well. "We had a trail of ants coming from the AC. Don’t leave food out on the tables. We arrived before check in time, but we were able to eat at the restaurant and go to the pool. They did upgrade us to a family room with 2 bathrooms which was nice. Easy to take a tuk tuk to the town, there are a bunch waiting outside. I recommend renting fins at the dock and haggle for your own snorkel set in the town."

"When we arrived at the property, they informed us they accidentally overbooked. So they transferred us to another hotel for the night. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it since I’m pretty sure it was an honest mistake. We went out early morning for a day tour and they told us they would transfer our luggages to our room at Westown. They did just that. Everything was great. No complaints from me. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I would def come back. "
