Did have issues with phone not working and major concerns with drainage, especially toilet and shower. Lock to the french doors broke and it took them 1 1/2 days to fix. "We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. A wonderful surprise awaited us at our checkin, both breakfast and supper were included in the price of our room. (Im not sure if that was mentioned in the write-up about this resort) And the food was great. Our room was clean and comfy although the wifi at the room was sketchy at best.
